Refunds are available if:
The product arrives damaged or defective.
The product is incorrect compared to your order.
The issue is reported within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.
Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for refunds once shipped.

Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
